Using Impak PF will allow for the utilization of undercuts, that in the past, could not be considered.

The use of this flexible dental resin in partial dentures and nightguards offers the patient lightweight comfort, 199 shades and clear acrylic color, a metal free design, low shrinkage and more impact resistance. The IMPAK® appliance is a hard bite splint with soft retention. This is a product both the dentist and patient can appreciate. Impak virtually eliminates the need for seating adjustments under the appliance. The only adjustments necessary will be minor interocclusal refinements to the excursions. The patient who has experienced the conventional hard bite splint will immediately notice the improved comfort level of the new Impak splint.

Gibson Dental Designs now fabricates snoring and OSA devices that are well received by the dentist and patient. The Seder Mandibular Repositioner (MR) is a processed elastic acrylic intraoral appliance that is soft, comfortable, maintains gentle but secure retention, and eliminates muscle trismus and the need for isometrics to recondition the musculature after each nights' wearing.
