Because we believe that communication and mutual respect is the foundation for our success, our entire staff is committed to meeting your customer service needs.

Mary Castleberry, our customer service manager, has been with the company since its founding in 1983. Mary can put you in touch with our technical support department and is your contact for case scheduling, case tracking and billing inquiries. Call on Mary with any service related needs you may have.

Time-in-lab Schedule

In our effort to do our best for you, we need to share our time-in-lab schedule. We ask that your identified due date allow us the necessary time-in-lab. If your due date does not allow adequate time for fabrication and standard ground UPS return, we will express your case to you. You will not be billed a rush charge, often standard in the industry, but the express charges will be billed on your invoice.

Gold and Palladium Prices

In general, unit pricing includes all labor and materials for crown and bridge work. Unit prices are based on gold costs of $350 per ounce and palladium costs of $400 per ounce. Alloy market prices for gold, palladium and platinum will influence the cost of alloy fabrications. An additional charge for gold or silver work may be necessary based on alloy market prices.

Postage

One way return postage is paid by Gibson Dental Designs via UPS ground service or US Postal Service. Express return service will be the responsibility of the customer. Postage charges to us will be reflected as received on invoice billing. Most cases are received via US Postal Business Reply or UPS Authorized Return Service.
